Another project I did for this year’s Winter Games were these very simple wrist warmers for my son. I used the opportunity to finally try out two-at-a-time items in round, using Magic Loop. And Im converted. It’s fabulous. Simple. Some time ago I tried two-at-a-time using two circulars and it was confusing and frustrating. Magic loop is a breeze, though. I used this video tutorial to teach myself, it is very clear. This video uses additional set of needles to cast on the second item. There’s also a way to cast both using the same circular needle – video here. As I usually use two needles together to cast on, the first method works better for me.
