Log Cabin Finished!

Finally, my little girl has her own blanket! I loved the pattern ever so much. I made block 8 using 3 colours in intarsia fashion with fibonacci numbers proportion, to use up some left overs. It took about 11 balls of yarn in total.

For the border, as I don’t have the book, I had to improvise. Picked up the stitches on a circular needle all around, with 3 stitches for corner stitch, purled next row. Continued in garter stitch, increasing one stitch before and after corner stitches on knit rows, for 3 ridges + 1 knit row, binding off on a purl row (4th ridge).
