This set is made of a knitted beanie hat and a crochet infinity scarf is now ready and will soon be on the way to its new home. Being both a knitter and a crocheter, I like projects that involve both crafts.
Yarn is 100% silk by Alchemy yarns – hand painted with organic dyes luxurious softness. I used about two and a half skeins for the set. Beanie is simple stockinette stitch – I made one for me earlier this year and have a free pattern here , and the cowl is lovely artfully simple infinity scarf by Tamara Kelly (3rd one I’ve made so far).
